This website is operated by The Purrington, a cattery based in Brantham, Suffolk. You can contact us at enquiries@thepurrington.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, and any phone number, message, or details about your cat(s) and dates you provide. We do not require any information beyond what the form asks for.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry — for example, to discuss a visit or a booking. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to keep you updated.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a real person rather than automated software. Turnstile may process limited technical information (such as your browser and IP address) as part of that check. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy for details of how they handle this.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to arrange or manage a booking. We remove information we no longer need.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to withdraw consent to being contacted at any time. To do so, email enquiries@thepurrington.co.uk.
